Congrats! Welcome to the best ride of your life. Not only are wooden surfboards beautiful to look at and better for the enviornment, they also provide an unforgettable experience in the water.
Wooden boards are generally heavier and sturdier than fiberglass or foam boards. This makes them great for drive, stability, and smooth turns. What used to feel like pushing will start to feel like gliding.
If you've never surfed on wood, a Bizia surfboard will feel a little different under your feet, but most people get used to it after one or two rides.

Each Bizia surfboard is unique depending on the grain and design of the wood. Once harvested, the wood is cut using state-of-the-art machinery and detailed by hand.
When buying a Bizia surfboard, you are buying a one of a kind board that will last you a lifetime and not end up in a landfill.

Due to the artisan nature of our surfboards, shipping times can be longer than usual to maintain each board's integrity.
Shipping within Hawaii and to the continental US can take up to 14 days.
Shipping is not yet available to all international regions. Email us at hello@biziasurf.com for international shipping inquiries.
For local customers, in-store pickup within open hours is available. Our shop is located at 401 N. Cane St. Wahiawā HI 96791. Hours are Mon-Sat 7:30-2:20 and Sun 8:00-12:00.

We do not provide warranty for our boards. However, if a board arrives damaged, email us at hello@biziasurf.com to set up a return.

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
We will accept returns on eligible products for a refund in the original form of payment or store credit, minus the cost of return shipping if incurred.
Items must be unused and show no signs of damage for the return to be processed. Returns after 14 days will not be accepted.
Returns on damaged or defective products, will be accepted for a refund in the form of store credit, minus the cost of return shipping if incurred.
For custom made products, we will do our best to work with you should there be a problem, although some items are not eligible for return.
To start the process of your return, or if your item arrives damaged, please email hello@biziasurf.com within 14 days of receiving your order and further instructions will be provided.
Refunds are issued once the product is received and will be made in the original form of payment. Credit card refunds may take up to 14 days to process.
Customer service hours are Monday - Friday 9am – 2:30pm HST. Please allow us up to 48 hours for us to respond.
